Introduction

iOS Hubble Media Browser is a sample app designed to display Verizon Personal Cloud Storage user content. You can use it to view information about photos, videos and music files categorized by tracks, artist and genre. You can create and modify playlists. You can also search for files or folders and display selected photos. The account information feature allows you to display the quota usage details for the Verizon Personal Cloud Storage account.

Setting up Your App

Before you can download iOS Hubble Media Browser, you must first log on to ThingSpace Developer Portal and accept Verizon terms and conditions. If you start downloading the file without logging on, the download will stop and you will be redirected to the log on screen. Download will resume after a successful log on.

  1. Download iOS Hubble Media Browser.
    NOTE: iOSHubbleMediaBrowserp X.X.zip contains both iOS Hubble Media Browser and iOS Kepler File Manager.
  2. Unzip iOS Hubble Media Browser X.X.zip.
  3. Navigate to HubbleMediaBrowser/HubbleMediaBrowser folder and open HubbleMediaBrowser.xcodeproj file in Xcode. This will open up the Hubble Media Browser project.
  4. In the left panel, open AppConstants.h file.
  5. Change the following values to the values that you have obtained from Key Management when you registered your app:

    • Client_ID - change to Key
    • Client_Secret - change to Secret
    • Redirect_URL - change to HTTP callback address

    NOTE: Redirect_URL is case sensitive.

  6. Build and run your app.
