iOS Kepler File Manager



iOS Kepler File Manager is a sample app designed to display Verizon Personal Cloud Storage user content. You can use it to view the content and metadata for each directory. You can also search for files or folders, move, copy, delete and display selected files. The account information feature allows you to display the quota usage details for the Verizon Personal Cloud Storage account.

Setting up Your App

Before you can download iOS Kepler File Manager, you must first log on to ThingSpace Developer Portal and accept Verizon terms and conditions. If you start downloading the file without logging on, the download will stop and you will be redirected to the log on screen. Download will resume after a successful log on.

  1. Download iOS Kepler File Manager.
    NOTE: iOS Kepler File contains both iOS Hubble Media Browser and iOS Kepler File Browser.
  2. Unzip iOS Kepler File Browser
  3. Navigate to Kepler File Browser/Kepler File Browser folder and open KeplerFileBrowser.xcodeproj file. This will open up the Kepler File Browser project.
  4. In the left panel, open AppConstants.h file.
  5. Change the following values to the values that you have obtained from Key Management when you registered your app:

    • Client_ID - change to Key
    • Client_Secret - change to Secret
    • Redirect_URL - change to HTTP callback address

    NOTE: Redirect_URL is case sensitive.

  6. Build and run your app.
